Vehicle Preparation Policy
To ensure a safe and efficient detailing service, customers must remove all valuable, personal, and important items from their vehicle before the appointment.
Items that should be removed include:
- Cash and credit cards
- Jewelry and watches
- Phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronics
- Important documents and paperwork
- Prescription medications
- Keys and personal identification
- Firearms or other regulated items
- Any sentimental or irreplaceable belongings
Deelway Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service.
Any items found during the detailing process may be placed in a bag, box, or designated area inside the vehicle for customer retrieval.
By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for removing all valuable and important items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.
How Booking Works
Booking a mobile detail with Deelway takes less than two minutes. Here is exactly what happens from start to finish:
- Select your service. Choose from Interior Only, Full Service, or Ceramic Coating. Add any extras — pet hair removal, odor treatment, leather conditioning, or shampoo and extraction — during checkout.
- Pick a date and time. We are available Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Select the slot that works best for you.
- Enter your vehicle and address. Provide your vehicle type (sedan, SUV, or truck) and the address where you want us to come. We come to your home, office, or any location in our service area.
- Confirm your booking. Submit the form with your service, date, and address — it takes about a minute. We’ll confirm your appointment within the hour by phone or text. No upfront online payment is required; you pay after the detail is complete.
- We arrive and detail. Our team shows up on time, brings all equipment and supplies, and delivers professional results at your location. No prep work needed on your end.

Our Services
All services are performed at your location. We bring all equipment, supplies, and water. You do not need to go anywhere.
- Interior Only Detail — Complete interior refresh including vacuum, full surface wipe-down, dashboard and console cleaning, door panel detail, glass cleaning, and door jamb detail. Available for sedans, SUVs, and trucks.
- Full Service Detail — Everything in the interior detail plus a full exterior hand wash, clay bar treatment, hand wax application, tire and rim cleaning, and tire dressing. Our most popular service for maintaining vehicle condition.
- Ceramic Coating — A professionally applied liquid polymer that bonds to your paint, providing years of protection against UV damage, water spotting, and environmental contaminants. Includes a full paint decontamination before application.
- Add-On Services — Pet hair removal, odor treatment, leather conditioning, shampoo and extraction, and engine bay cleaning can be added to any base service during booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. We are fully mobile and bring all equipment, supplies, and water to your location. We serve homes, offices, parking lots, and driveways throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days in advance, especially for weekend slots which fill quickly. We do accommodate same-day or next-day requests when availability allows.
What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
We monitor forecasts and will contact you proactively if weather may affect your appointment. We are happy to reschedule at no charge due to weather.
Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?
Just make sure the vehicle is accessible. Remove any large personal items from the interior if you want us to clean those areas thoroughly, but there is no prep work required on your end.
Do you service all vehicle types?

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. Reach out by phone or email and we will reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.
