1. Vehicle Preparation Policy

To ensure a safe and efficient detailing service, customers must remove all valuable, personal, and important items from their vehicle before the appointment.

Items that should be removed include:

  • Cash and credit cards
  • Jewelry and watches
  • Phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronics
  • Important documents and paperwork
  • Prescription medications
  • Keys and personal identification
  • Firearms or other regulated items
  • Any sentimental or irreplaceable belongings

Deelway Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service.

Any items found during the detailing process may be placed in a bag, box, or designated area inside the vehicle for customer retrieval.

By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for removing all valuable and important items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

2. Service Agreement

By booking a detailing service with Deelway Mobile Detailing, the customer agrees to provide accurate vehicle information, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location, and allow our technicians reasonable access to complete the service.

Deelway Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or extreme contamination beyond the scope of the booked service is encountered.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) may result in a cancellation fee.

Deelway Mobile Detailing may reschedule appointments due to severe weather or equipment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled at the earliest available time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. A deposit may be required for large or specialty services including ceramic coating and paint correction packages.

Prices displayed on our website are base prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and service complexity. Any adjustments will be communicated before service begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

Deelway Mobile Detailing carries general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions not caused by our service. Customers are advised to document existing damage before the appointment.

Our liability for any claim arising from a service appointment is limited to the cost of that service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
